At Revora, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unused and unworn

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective

  • Your item is damaged

  • You received the wrong product

We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Opened wellness products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product once approved, then place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Shipping policy

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3 business days after your order is placed.

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods, sales, or holidays.


Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: R90
  • FREE Shipping on all orders over R550

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.


Delivery Timeframes

We currently ship within South Africa only.

Estimated delivery time:

  • 4–12 business days after your order has been shipped.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier conditions.


Courier & Tracking

We ship orders using Aramex.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive:

  • Your Aramex waybill number
  • Tracking information to monitor your parcel

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will do our best to update your address before the order is dispatched.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will gladly issue a full refund or replacement.

Please note that Revora is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier issues
  • Severe weather
  • Public holidays
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

Shipping Days

Orders are shipped on any day that courier collections are available through Aramex.
